A full UX refresh centered around guest-first logic: making the mobile check-in process highly customizable while reducing friction.
I'm a senior manager of UX on the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app team, where I help guests search for hotels, book, and pay. Before I was on the commerce side, I led the redesign of the app's Mobile Check-In and Mobile Key features. Earlier on, I was a design consultant at CapTech, built Wine-Searcher's first design system while I lived in Auckland, and led the marketing design team at Emplifi (then Socialbakers) in Prague.
Lately I work with AI agents (mostly Claude Code and Cursor) about as often as I'm in Figma. However, that may change now with Figma's new agentic features.
I love helping a team be more ambitious together: chasing the braver idea, shipping work we're genuinely proud of, and building a team culture that's open, close-knit, and unafraid to fail. I've been doing this for a decade and that last part still matters most.

Mobile key, reduced to a single tap. A simple brief became a rethink of the end-to-end unlock experience.
Search filtering, untangled. A modernization update had buried the filters; the redesign made them faster and clearer, validated against the live experience.
